All purchases will be processed Wednesday - Saturday 11am - 5pm AEST. Excluding NSW Public holidays.


Payment Options

SSG uses PayPal as our online payment system.
We are happy to offer alternative payment methods, just send an enquiry via our contact form to discuss with us.

SSG offers layby for artworks over $1,000. The layby period is a maximum over 4 payments over 4 months. Please send an enquiry via our contact form to discuss with us.

 

Shipping/Delivery Options

All artwork is shipped from Darlinghurst, NSW, Australia.
All shipping/delivery fees are covered by the client.

Sydney Metropolitan Area

Artworks may be collected from the gallery during gallery hours. 
We can recommend local couriers to collect your work from the gallery for you.

Australia Wide

For small artworks we use Australia Post and for larger and/or delicate items we ship with Pack & Send. If you have a courier you prefer to work with we are happy to discuss.

International

For international shipping we ship with Pack & Send. If you have a courier you prefer to work with we are happy to discuss.

 

Refunds/Exchanges

SSG does not offer refunds for change of mind. We will happily exchange items within 2 weeks of purchase.
