What if the waste we discard holds more than just fragments of technology?
What if it holds wonder?
Welcome to ‘e-Galaxy’,
a wonderland made from e-waste.
With the blink of an eye and a casual swipe, we replace our devices without a second thought. Rarely do we pause to consider the hidden stories behind them, the materials mined over millennia, the hands that assembled them, the connections made possible through their circuits.
'e-Galaxy' invites you to slow down.
To wander through a world built from discarded technology — a world where beauty, history, and wonder are revealed beneath the surface of what we so easily throw away.
This is not just an installation. It’s a visceral experience. A space to reflect on the past, question the present, and imagine how we might design a more mindful future.
Step inside. Reconnect. Rethink. Rediscover wonder.
Through a labyrinth of sculptures, soundscapes, artist books, and video, ‘e-Galaxy’ encourages audiences to pause, engage, and reconsider their relationship with the things we so often overlook.
About the Project
At the heart of ‘e-Galaxy’ is a conversation about waste, sustainability, and our increasingly fragile connection to the materials that shape our lives. As visitors move through the space, they become participants in a journey, not just through Suzon’s constructed worlds, but through the hidden systems of extraction, labour, and consumption that underpin our technology.
Hands-on engagement is encouraged.
Unlike traditional galleries, ‘e-Galaxy’ invites touch, curiosity, and wonder.
